What can I expect from the Dutch Test?

The Dutch Complete is the most comprehensive and advanced hormone test on the market. It’s the gold standard for testing hormones.
The DUTCH test provides a detailed profile of sex and adrenal hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA and cortisol), including their metabolites, enabling us to pinpoint symptoms and identify the root causes of hormone imbalance.
The test utilizes objective measurements, graphics and patterns to outline the processes of your body.

The kit contains paper strips that you dip in your urine at times noted in instructions within a 24 hour period. When the strips are dry, you will mail them off in the provided packaging.
In two to three weeks Liz will notify you that the results are in and we will move forward to schedule a review.
The review will include a 6-page report. (See a sample report here.) Liz will use these results to get an accurate picture of the hormones assessed and create a personalized plan to address imbalance.
